… the freely given, unmerited favor and love of God; the influence or spirit of God operating in humans to regenerate or strengthen them.

This is Grace.

Defined, it can speak many things to many people on many levels. But for the purpose & existence of this blog I bring you my own definition:

Grace for E.R.I.C.A: noun, verb

A compilation of information, inspiration and unconditional support to help you be transformed into living a healthy, positive life that not only lets you express who you are, but embraces the fact we are all human. And as humans, every step we take isn’t always perfect.

Let me break it down…

The world will say.. You are going to blow it; you will mess up and when you do I will be here pointing the finger.

Grace says…You can do it, you will do it but when you do blow it I will be here to help you pick up the pieces and we will move on together.

I am a direct result of what grace can do. And I am here to share this journey with you as I share my story and help you in your walk in REAL health, REAL fitness and of course, REAL life.
